1. How do I get more information about an item before I place my order?

In case you have any questions about a product, you can call or whatsapp us on the following number

2. How do I place an order on Zooteak?

You can add the chosen items to your shopping cart and place an order on our website, whats app, Instagram, or you can also get in touch with us at +91 9629422732 and we can place the order on your behalf. 

3.Where are you based out of?

Do you have a physical store.

We are headquartered, Manufacturing Unit and Warehouse are all in Chennai. We have physical stores in Chennai.

4. How do I track the status of my order?

As soon as your order has been placed, an email as well as a Whats app notification with the details of your order will be sent to you. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email/message.

5. Can I change my shipping or billing address after an order has been placed?

No. Currently we don’t have that option. But in future we will add the option ASAP

6. Can I see the products before I buy them?

a. It is not possible to share samples of our collection with you. However, we can share real-time images if required on a case-to-case basis.

b. We are committed to providing premium quality products to our customers. Once you receive your order, you are simply going to love our range for its supreme quality and finish. You can also cross-check reviews for the concerned product on the respective product page on our website before placing an order.

7. What is the origin of the product? Which country?

Our company is a india based company, we purchase raw materials from india and we have our own manufacturing unit in Chennai its self.

8. I want my order early. Can you help?

a. You can opt for express shipping while placing your order(charges begin from Rs.200 and vary depending upon your order value).

b. We can expedite your delivery only for select pin codes to reach you within 4-5 days. Kindly get in touch with our Customer Care team for more details.

9. Do you have an app that I can order from?

No. currently we don’t have a app. But we are working on it soon as possible we will launch our app.

Delivery

1. How do I check the estimated delivery date for my order?

a. At the checkout page, when you add your pin code and address details, an estimated date of delivery is shown to you.
b. Once you have placed your order, you can also check the status via the tracking link shared with you through WhatsApp/email.

2. Can you deliver my item faster than mentioned on the checkout page?

a. The delivery time is dependent on the logistic network available in your location and the area’s serviceability. We always try to procure the item and deliver it as soon as possible. 

b. However, you can opt for express shipping on the checkout page and check the estimated delivery date before placing the order. 

3. Do you ship internationally?

It depends on the order value and country. For further inquiry, kindly get in touch with our Customer Care team.

4. I am buying this product as a gift. Can it be gift-wrapped?

Yes, it can be gift-wrapped. The gift wrap charges are Rs.50 per item. You can select the “Add Gift Wrap” option on your cart for the desired order item.

Returns & Refund

1. What do I do if I get a damaged/ defective or incorrect product?

a. We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.


b. For our products which are artisanal and hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color, and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.   


c. We ship several thousand parcels a day and incorrect products, missing products or theft in transit is extremely rare. In such a case, please reach out to our team via email/WhatsApp as soon as possible and take a video before opening your box. In case you receive an SMS stating the order has been delivered and you have in fact not received the parcel, please reach out to the Zooteak team within 24 hours of receiving the successful delivery email/SMS.

2. Do I need to keep anything in mind while returning your product?

Yes. We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.

3. Can I return a product in case I do not want it or do not like it?

a. We try our best to curate products that fit all spaces, but we understand that sometimes they might not fit in your home as expected. For such instances, we do provide return services. We accept returns only up to 7 days post-delivery of the order. We would request you to clearly mention the items you wish to return. While returning a product, please make sure it is the correct one before you hand it over to the pickup agent.

b. The return will be processed without any charges. We will pick up the product(s) from your doorstep and once it has been picked up, we will issue store credits worth the value of items returned so that you can shop for anything else on our website. Shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of placing the order are not refundable.

c. We reserve the right to deny a return or to charge for the return if multiple returns have been initiated from the same account within a short timeframe.

 

4. What is your cancellation policy?

Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, Zooteak reserves the right to deny future orders. In case of prepaid orders, Zooteak will reserve the right to charge 2-way shipping costs.

Bulk Orders & Customization

1. How can I place a Bulk Order through Zooteak?

You can share your order query with us via email or WhatsApp and our team will get in touch with you at the earliest or you can add the quantity you required in the quantity icon.

2. Can I customize an item?

Yes, we do customize Products for customized product contact us on whatsapp or mail us on customer.support@zooteak.com we will contact you ASAP.

3. Can I sell my products on Zooteak website?

You can share your details at info@zooteak.com. Our team will get in touch with you.

Payment

1. What are my various Payment options? 

a. You can prepay using Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI. We also have a Cash on Delivery option. 

2. Is COD available?

a. Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for all orders.

b. For COD orders with an order value of <Rs.1000, we charge shipping fees of Rs.119.

3. Can I pay through a bank transfer?

Yes, you can get in touch with our customer care team and we will share the required details with you.

4. Does Zooteak retain my card or account details?

a. Your personal information is absolutely safe with us.

b. Your personal information is only used to contact you regarding your order, to deliver your products, and to send communication that you may have opted to receive. We never share your information with any third party.
